Wan Tan also can be call as "Bian Sit" (hokkian) or "Bian Nuet" (Fu Zhao) dialect in sarawak... this type of dry wan tan rarely in semenanjung... so... that also in my "must eat food list" after come back to Sarawak... >.< ....
I try to DIY the dish... cause i have been trained to do that couple years ago... :D ... this is because one of my best friend is doing this family food biz... as her best friend... we always spent time play, study, and also wrap the wan tan together... :P ...
Must thanks to my this best friend for teaching me how to wrap this "Bian Nut"....
