Cheese Sausage bread



"It melt my heart".. that is the first thing in my mind after 1st bite... then you would know how tasty it is..

yum yum yummy.....


make 5 pieces
材料:
高筋面粉100g、低筋面粉20g、细糖20g、盐1/8tsp、即溶酵母1/2tsp、全蛋20g、鲜奶80g、无盐奶油10g、芝士香肠5条
做法:
1)全部材料处奶油外混合,拌成团,再搅成稍具光滑状。
2)加入奶油,搅成可拉出薄膜的面团。
3)面团放入容器内并盖上保鲜膜,进行基础发酵约50分钟。
4)将面团排气,分割滚圆,松弛10分钟。
5)面团整成长条形,再一圈圈绕上芝士香肠。
6)放入烤盘盖上保鲜膜,进行最后发酵约45分钟。
7)表面刷上蛋液。放入已预热的烤箱,(140°~150°)18分钟。(温度视个人烤箱)



Ingredients
High protein flour 100g

Castor sugar 20g
Salt 1/8tsp
Instant Yeast 1/2tsp
Whole Egg 20g
Milk 80g
Unsalted Butter 10g
Cheese Sausage 5 pieces

Method
1Mixed all ingredients beside butter, combine and rub until smooth-like.
2) Add butter, continue rub until can be pulled out of the film dough.
3) Put dough into a container and cover with plastic wrap, about 50 minutes for the basis fermentation.
4) Divide the dough into 5 portion, split round, and rest for 10 minutes.
5) Strip the dough, and then circle around the cheese sausage.
6) Cover dough with plastic wrap, the final ferment for about 45 minutes.
7) Brush egg mixture on the dough surface. Put into the preheated oven, and bake (140 ° ~ 150 °) 18 minutes. (Temperature depending on the individual oven

Fried Yee Mee 伊面

Sometime you want many things to be done in one time, but when you found out that you not manage to complete it in time or even not manage to handle it by your own... Don't worry.. Take a rest first then continue by tomorrow cause " tomorrow will be a better day" :)

Today I have a simple fried Yee Mee as my lunch and it fill my day :)

No rice and noodle for today

When feel everyday taking rice or noodle make you bored, can try have simple meal with homemade garlic bread. Today my meal included carrot and cucumber as salad, fried egg, fried sausage, fried mackerel fish and garlic bread.

Chocolate cake is in the making... Tomorrow morning will prepare for the ganache :)

Loh Mai Gai 糯米鸡


Ingredients
500 g of glutinous rice
4 cups water
200 g of chicken meat
3 Chinese sausage (lap cheong) thinly sliced
5 Big black Chinese mushroom, soaked and cut into thick slice
20g Small shallots


Seasoning (A)
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp oyster sauce
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 salt

1 tsp dark soy sauce
2 tsp oil

2 tsp corn flour
3 tsp Ginger juice
3 tsp Chinese wine Shaoxing wine (绍兴酒)

Seasoning (B)
3 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp white pepper
2 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt
4 tbsp oil

2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp dark soy sauce


Method
1) Wash glutinous rice, then soak it for I night. Steam it for 30 minutes
2) Cut chicken into big slices and marinate with seasoning (A) for about an hour
3) Heat oil in a wok and sauté shallots till fragrant. Removed
4) In the same wok stir fry mushroom quickly with light soya sauce and white pepper then dish out.
5) Put glutinous rice in the same wok and add in seasoning (B) and water. Stir fry well for five minutes and then add in fry shallots.
6) Grease 20 small size aluminium muffin cups. Arrange properly mushroom slices, sausage, and season chicken slices at the bottom of the bowl. Fill up with glutinous rice and press down with a ladle.
7) Steam for 30-40 minutes or until the rice is cook. Turn over the rice bowl into a plate. You may serve Loh Mai Kai with chili sauce.

Note** Saute = Fried quickly in a little fat
Note** Before marinade the chicken, make some small hole on the meat using fork, so that the meat will be more tasty.
Note** Adding char siu as optional

RiCe DuMpLiNg~~~~

OMG..... im not really into DUMPLING actually.. cause after think the cholestrol and the fat that i will get after eat it... :D ... but dont know why everytime after google "DUMPLING @ 粽子" im super hungry and wanna try to make all types of dumplings... >
now im start preparing the ingrediants that need for my D.I.Y nyonya zhang... i learn this from my SIFU in penang.. i hope the taste are near to original.. sure will not be 100% same .. :D

BeiJinG~ GReAt WaLL

No windy & not very cool..... we are going to China Great Wall today.. following tour... 60RMB + 45 RMB(dont know extra charges for what)... after select and choosing a cheap but not cheapest tour service to great wall... we be inform that the driver will pick us at 5:30 am in the very early morning... since im a gurl that very like to delay the time.. so my alarm wake me up at 4am.. omg.. luckily i sleap early the night before... after i wake up and ready to take bath... we receive the driver call.. he change the time from 5:30 to 4:30 to pick us up... WHAT THE HEAL!!!????..... i only have 30 minutes to ready my self.. :S ... so i just do and grab what ever i need.. i even throw the bread that i have ready for my breakfast inside my bag.... thanks god that we manage gather at the hotel lobby by 4:30am and the driver drive us to the city centre and left us there with another group of people... during the journey to the city.. we over heard the driver's conversation with his friend that he didnt sleep from last night after happy hours... since the time is near to the pick up time he decided to pick us up early.. so that he can just go back home to sleep... > we started our tour around 6:45am by first joining the activity watching "RAISE THE FLAG" ... sound like boring right?!.. :D .. ..

and this picture show that touris line up like a WALL viewing the sinario...this means that every tour program have included this as one of their proram.... this activity are very meaningfull for China people to show they "LOVE THEIR Country".. they even need 20 soldier to raise up the flag... and we are lucky that we dont need to be one of them to stand in the cool weather and waiting for the flag to raise up.. our driver can manage to pass by there just in time to see the flag raise up... :D

okiey.. our main program is visit CHINA GREAT WALL... yup.. "HERE I COME" !!!!~~~ this is the 2nd of 7 wonders of the world that i have visit... :D


the great wall are so amazing... i enjoy my every step up the stair.. plus the weather just nice .. not too cold and not too windy.. wow... I LIKE IT !!!


of course must take a lots nice nice pictures using new len for our memorial moments... can see people try their best to climb up till the max.. :D

ow yea... i have touched the GREAT WALL ..... the local people even bring up the "UNTA" to do business... what business is that?.. yup.. tourist can take the pic with the "unta" with the great wall as background by paying $$$... :D

can see that they is not a really crowded people because the time still early and now is not a peak season yet...... :)
they even renovate the slop and slipery floor for our safety purpose...
yup.. im also the one ride up the "UNTA " and take picture with the GREAT WALL as the background... kekeke.. we manage to get a cheap price.. RMB10 = RM5 for two people taking pic using our OWN camera.. :D

due to too cheap deal.. they dont allowed us to take many pose and taking their time.. >


its time to going back and prosit to next program.. :P yup.. EXIT is here.. :D

the word on the stone "不到长城非好汉" means " not a good man if never been GREAT WALL"... :D


yup.. IM A GOOD MAN!!! 我是好汉!!!!!!!! wuahhahaha 哈哈哈哈哈哈哈!!!!!
