NEW.LIFE.NEW.HOPE: A VeRy DiFFeReNt CaMp 1

AFTER settle down in MKH... i start feel comfortable staying here... mixing with new people around... find new activities and hobby since here have different life style with my previous working environment... lots people feel surprise about my physical look during my come back... cause i have totally change from my 6 years back look.. i can feel my changes year by year by preview back my photos... I'm my self feel happy about that... recently i have join the line dance class ... i try not to miss any class... the teacher are happy with us that we can catch up very fast... she try to teach us new dance everyday... since the line dance party is around the corner... she try to teach as much as possible the dance for the song that she will play during the party... so that we as a beginner can enjoy as much as the intermediate group... start from the day i join the line dance... i start to sweat everyday... i can feel my body are more light compare to before... still remember during working in previous company... I'm not very active in sport at all.. that why i can feel that my hands and my legs very easily get cold... now i have realise that we cant just work very hard without care about our own health... thinking to improve my knowledge about health... i join the camp..."BREAK OFF TOXIN CAMP"...... this is a 2 days 1 night camp... after join the camp... i realise that most of the food we eat now are full with chemical... this is due to the MODERN eating way.... we like to take fast food... KFC....McD...PIZZA...COLA...and so on... not only that.... due to the very high request on chicken drunk stick compare to others part of chicken.... they now can produce chicken with 4 legs... can u imagine that??!!!... they start to change the cow's...chicken's...plant's genetic... their reason to do so is that the cow can grow bigger... can produce more milk... the chicken can produce more eggs... the plant can't easily die and the fruits can stay pretty without any worms... talking about the chicken's egg... can u imagine that they can make the chicken lay egg non stop for 24 hours... we all know that the ordinary chicken can only lay one egg per day.. but the they can change the chicken to an "LAY EGG MACHINE"... the chicken can't stay alive longer due to exhausted... this are not the end of the chicken... they will sell the chicken to any fast food restaurant before the chicken die... this type of chicken have a tasteless meat... to cover it.. they will marinate it with very heavy taste ingredient... it later turn to "Very Delicious Fry Chicken".... after join the camp... i start to notice what i have as my "FO,OD"... i cant promise that all my FO,OD are 100% without toxin... but i try to reduce taken the toxin FO,OD... don't take so frequently the fast food... take more fresh food compare to the marinated food.... here i wish not only me can improve my health... i also hope that my beloved friends and family can notice bout that and try to read more and know more what have happen around our "WorLD" now... the WorLD now are very sad... we produce lots of chemical... the weather start to change vividly... 4 season are abnormal now... they change anytime anyhow... our PlAnEt cant stay any longer if we continue destroy it... we should take our own part to help or PlAnEt and not looking the people beside us to do so... and don't feel that our energy are not enough to help the whole world.. but remember that the power we gather together are the most powered one... so always remember our small improvement can change the whole world... really!!!... just by choosing the right food to eat... by saving the water and electricity... say no to plastic bag... this all look simple... but all of this can change our world.... COME~~~ let WE all SAFE our PLANET....

we start to gather and have our outdoor games......

this is our 1st game... that is stepping on the small newspaper with maximum group member... can u see that is one group carry their member??... :D

our group members also trying very hard to squeeze inside the small newspaper... we hardly to separate until the teacher as us to stop hugging... :D

this is the 2nd game... that is brow the balloon and run to the opposite chair and try to sit on the balloon to break it....

they even need to hold the chair to prevent us from falling down...

3rd game... that is passing the water by holding the paper cup using the mouth without touching using hand.... can u see I'm waiting patiently or impatiently... :D

most of us help group members to wash their face...:D

4th game... passing the hoop from the first member to the end and passing back to the first person... the teacher is demonstrate on how to pass the hoop in the proper way...

need to help each others to finish it in the minimum times....

5th game... passing the water balloon from the first member to the end through the top and passing back again through the bottom... and repeat it until the given time finish....
